Have you ever heard the Bible story of Joshua and Caleb?
They were two escaping slaves who believed God’s promise to them for a brand new home. God told them it was a beautiful land, but He also told them that they would have to fight for it… and fight, they did!
Their story is just one of many Bible adventures that will help you teach your kids how to conquer giants and move the invisible mountains that are reeking havoc on the bright future of our modern society. Joshua and Caleb were spies who believed in God's promise for their own bright futures, and they weren't afraid to take the steps that were necessary to achieve their dreams for homes of their own.
They were willing to engage in a battle that 10 of their fellow spies said was impossible to win... there are many great lessons to be learned from the life stories of men like Joshua and Caleb, and that's the reason I love to spend my time talking about my favorite stories from the Bible!
The Bible tells us that we are a chosen generation; a royal priesthood... and we have a job to do!
"For ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of Him who has called you out of darkness and into His marvelous light." I Peter 2:9
I love to spend my time working on Bible crafts, lesson plans, online activities and artwork to help engage our kids in waging war on the lack of Bible knowledge. Many families are coping with the challenges of heavy duty issues, so I am here to help re-assure you that God is interested, He cares about what you are enduring, and He fully intends to help you through the process!
I believe that the angels are making war, Jesus makes intercession, and God intends to make a difference in your life!
Bible stories are one of my favorite topics, so you can expect a visit to my blog to be an adventure in intellectual engineering, Bible style!
"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
The world is waiting for us to grow into healthy, fun and mature sons and daughters of God that teach our children to help change our world... for good!
The renewing of your mind takes some time and effort, but I assure you, Jesus is along for the ride, in fact; he's the captain of the ship, and He has YOUR best interest in mind. So, if you feel surrounded by mountains on every side, and are doubting your progress... don't! Sometimes, the answers to our prayers are waiting for us at the end of a very rocky road.
Now, let’s get started, shall we? The lights are down, the wind is whispering... and the problems of the world are waiting for us to tell them what to do. Let's get started, shall we?
